CHECC Yoga Sessions

In order to give university clubs an opportunity to continue socialising (whilst meeting in person isn’t possible) and to keep fitness and flexibility up, Rob Watson, training officer for CHECC, approached the Youth and Development team requesting funds to provide a series of zoom yoga sessions. Eight sessions have been booked and the first of these happened on Thursday evening at 7pm. The sessions are being provided by Caroline Nunn, through Bersama Yoga, and she has kindly agreed to upload the sessions to YouTube afterwards so that those unable to attend, and the wider BCA membership can benefit.

The first week had around 50 people join, but the sessions have capacity for up to 100. Priority will still be given to students, but around 24 hours before any remaining spaces will be opened up to the wider membership.
