Standing Committees

The BCA Council can appoint Standing Committees and Working Groups to work on its behalf. Our amazing Committees and Groups do a lot of the work that keeps the BCA ticking.

Standing Committees

Standing Committees are appointed at General Meetings to deal with particular aspects of BCA business, when they are also given terms of reference under which to work (see Constitution 7). The important difference is that each Regional Council and BCA Constituent Body is entitled to appoint one representative to each Standing Committee.
