The Online Ballot deadline has been extended from 23:59 31/10/2020 by 24 hours to 23:59 01/11/2020
We have been made aware that the voting website has been unavailable since 6pm this evening, and may continue to be unavailable until 10am tomorrow due to essential maintenance from our web hosting provider.
As such the BCA is extending the deadline for the online vote by 24 hours, until 23:59 01/11/2020. This is to ensure that those who were unable to vote during this downtime still have the opportunity to vote.
During this period of downtime the BCA’s email system may also be affected, so emails sent to the or addresses may not be delivered. Please try to contact the BCA after 10am tomorrow to ensure that your message is received and can be responded to.
I sincerely apologise for this disruption; the IT Working Group will review this shortly and take measures to prevent such issues affecting our members in the future.

Update: The BCAs webservers came back up overnight, so the voting site should now be accessible to cast your ballots until midnight: vote.british-caving.org.uk
