At the 2018 AGM the official BCA policy on the Countryside and Rights of Way Act was formally ratified. This position was arrived at following due process which has included a poll of the membership and a ballot to remove impediments from the constitution. BCA Council then asked the Conservation and Access Committee to draw up a policy which was accepted by the AGM in June.
