Hi David,

I’m sorry that you didn’t receive a ballot.

To avoid this happening we advertised the ballot on our website, on social media, via all of the member club secretaries, and by direct email to all of the members who share their email address with us. In this notice we informed members who to contact to request a ballot if they hadn’t received one.

If you would like to trace why you didn’t receive a ballot, for example if we have the wrong email address for you, or if your club didn’t share your email address with us, then please get in touch with the returning officer at

We have worked hard to make this ballot as accessible as possible, and we are proud to have enormously increased how many of our members are represented by voting online rather than at in-person AGMs, but it sounds like in this case you slipped through the net, for which I’m very sorry.

All the best,
Ari
