The Annual General Meeting this year is coming up (Sunday 12th June, 10:30am on Zoom), and the deadline for proposals and nominations in has now passed, so the Agenda has been finalised.
The AGM will be held Zoom with electronic voting to follow, and all BCA members are entitled to attend and vote. The AGM will also be livestreamed to Facebook for those who wish to observe proceedings but not participate (no Facebook account is required to watch the livestream).
What you need to do:
- Please register to attend the AGM on Zoom if you wish to participate in the discussion, or follow the Facebook event for information about the livestream if you just want to follow along.
- If you have changed your email address recently then please update your club secretary so that your electronic ballot is sent to the right place. If you are not a member of a club you can do this by contacting the membership administrator.
- If your club doesn’t share its members email addresses with the BCA then please encourage your club to give us your email address – we can’t send you your ballot without it!
